Quotes are based on the information provided and may be adjusted if the property differs significantly from the original description or if additional work is required.

One-off cleaning services are payable on completion unless agreed otherwise.

Property management services and agreed monthly cleaning packages are invoiced in advance and payment is due by the 25th of each month to cover services for the following month.

One-off or additional services outside the agreed package will be invoiced separately.

Deep cleans may require a deposit before work begins.

Dedicated cleaning kits can be supplied for each property and remain at the property. Replenishment items will be invoiced separately.

We provide photo reports after each completed clean and will notify clients of any maintenance issues or damage identified during our visit.

Please ensure safe access to the property is available at the scheduled appointment time. Additional waiting time or return visits may incur an additional charge.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
